What I love most about the Internet is uncovering a world of new information, music, video etc. that you had no idea existed. In this case, I completely stumbled on one of my favorite bands new material without realizing how late I was to find out.
Face to Face opened the door to the punk genre to me as early as 1996 so they’ll forever have their place at my table. This new stuff is really solid and it’s no surprise that former lead guitarist Chad Yaro is back in the band now. Can’t wait for their new record in May.

It gets better. Just add slo-mo and a little Radiohead.

Yankees over Twins - CC has proven that he can carry teams in the playoffs on his stomach, I mean, back. Yankees really choked away home field but the Yankees can hit anywhere. With Justin Morneau still sidelined, the Twins just don’t have enough.
Rangers over Rays - Cliff Lee, like CC, can eat up innings when it matters and with a contract pending, his motivation is greater than ever. Cliff Lee owns the Rays historically too. The Rangers overall pitching staff is also better than the Rays. Josh Hamilton’s health is a question mark but Rays star, Evan Longoria, is also dealing with a quad issue.
Phillies over Reds - Halladay, Hamels and Oswalt. Enough said.
Giants over Braves - Giants might be the hottest team going into the playoffs and seem to have the edge in pitching on paper with Lincecum and Cain. Giants just have that “magical” look to them this year.
World Series - Phillies and Rangers.
Champion - Phillies
Trailer for “The Fighter.” Notice the minimal use of Bale in this trailer? Definitely not an accident.
Breaking Bad 3x12, Half Measures
“It adds up perfectly. Walt’s a scientist. Scientists love lasers. Plus they’ve got bumper boats, so…”
1. Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul deliver incredibly powerful and real dramatic performances.
